STIX & COVID-19 Safety

May 01, 2020Dear loyal customers! The health and well being of our customers, staff and the community are incredibly important to us. STIX Catering is HACCP accredited, which is acknowledged by regular inspections of our kitchens. This means we already maintain strict food safety and cleanliness levels as required by these industry standards. We are not complacent about the new threat our world is currently facing however. In order to minimise and to wherever possible, eliminate any possible health effects from the recent outbreak of COVID-19 across the world, we have deployed the following measures, on top of our already rigorous standards: Increased hand washing & other hygiene measures Restricted access to all kitchen premises for any unauthorised persons Regular temperature readings by our staff Use of gloves and face masks when preparing and packing food Increased cleaning and disinfecting of the kitchen areas Use of our own in-house drivers who are also adhering to top hygiene standards, on par with their kitchen counterparts.. Contactless delivery of pre-packed orders with no contact required between our staff, drivers and customers.
