Orange Pecan Gianduja cake
A perfectly balanced combination of nuts, sweets, milk chocolate and delicate citrus taste, Orange Pecan Gianduja cake is best to be enjoyed with a cup of tea or coffee. Delicate cake is sprinkled with pecan nut bits and and dipped in milk chocolate. What a masterpiece!
And what is "Gianduja", actually? It 's an original, noble version of Nutella! This hazelnut spread (pronounced Dzhan-dudzha) was invented in Turin, Italy during Napoleon's regency. It has more nutty flavour, and creamy and choppy consistency at the same time, as it has a very high hazelnut content (up to 50%), compared to Nutella.
This mini-cake is just the right size for a small gathering or a cozy family dinner.
