David “Stix” Allison launched Stix Catering in 1999 with a promise to continually promote innovation, passion and dedication to his clients and partnerships.

Stix has delivered in-house catering services to some of Australia’s top companies, banking and government institutions as well as leading airlines.

From intimate dinners for six people to gala events for 2000, Stix thinks outside the box to create bespoke menus using the freshest seasonal ingredients.

Whether it’s experimenting with flavour combinations or eye-catching presentation, David’s innovative approach sets Stix apart. Stix continues to invest in expansion by developing its kitchen facilities and talent pool, capturing new clients and partners in the process.
