Please find below heating instructions for our range of products. 

 

For dishes that need to be warmed:

Take boxes out of fridge 30 minutes prior placing in oven

 

For dishes that are ready to eat:

Take boxes out of the fridge 30 minutes prior to serving to bring to room temperature.

 

PROTEIN CATERING BOXES

Gently hot smoked salmon with garnish of orange, fennel, watercress
Toss the fennel watercress salad with dressing and scatter over salmon on platter

Chermoula boneless lamb shoulder with garnish of tahini yoghurt, cucumber, tomato, lime
Preheat oven to 200ºC. Place lamb in oven for 25 min, remove and cover with foil. Rest for 10 minutes prior to serving. Use tomato salad to garnish serving platter

 
Apricot & Dijon glazed ham off the bone with garnish of mustard fruits
Preheat oven to 200ºC. Rub glaze over ham, wrap with foil and place in oven for 15 minutes. Serve immediately with side of mustard fruits as accompaniments.

 
Char sui chicken thigh with garnish of shiitake, Asian greens
Preheat oven to 180ºC. Place chicken & greens in the oven for 10 minutes. Remove and place the greens on the base of the platter. Arrange chicken on top and serve immediately.

 
Red braised pork belly with garnish of chilli bean, broccolini
Pre-heat oven to 200ºC. Place pork belly and broccolini in oven for 12-15 minutes. Remove and arrange broccolini in a serving bowl, place pork belly on top.

Roast medium rare beef with garnish of creamy potato gratin
Pre-heat oven to 220ºC. Place the potato gratin in the oven for 10 min and serve with room temp roast beef.
 

SIDES CATERING BOXES

Roast sweet potato, potato, sundried tomato, shallot mayo
Ready to serve

Chunky roast marinated root vegetables, garlic, rosemary
Ready to serve. Can also be gently heated in the oven for a warm vegetable salad

Spring green vegetables, green goddess dressing
Pour dressing over greens and serve.

Rocket, poached pear, avocado, parmesan
Toss salad with dressing and serve.
 
Heirloom tomato, cucumber, fetta, lemon, oregano
Toss with dressing and serve.
 
Asian slaw, green tea noodles
Ready to serve
 
Hasselback sweet potatoes, garlic, preserved lemon
Pre-heat oven to 140ºC. Place potatoes in the oven for 15 minutes and serve immediately.
