We currently service an area within a 5km radius of Marrickville, Sydney NSW.
Do you deliver to the rest of Sydney?
Please feel free to contact us if you live outside the current delivery area and we will see if we can help you. We also encourage you to check back regularly to see if you are now included in our delivery area.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free when you spend a minimum of $50 or more.
My order is below $50. Will you still deliver it to me?
Free delivery is currently available on orders above $50. You are also welcome to collect your order from our store located at 20 Chapel Street Marrickville should your order not meet the minimum order value.
When will my order be delivered?
We deliver every Wednesday & Friday throughout the year (except on public holidays). Please choose your requested or next available delivery date on checkout.
What time will my order arrive?
Your order will arrive on your selected delivery day between 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee what time your order will arrive on your delivery day, however if you leave your request in the “Special Instructions for Seller” box on checkout, we will try and accommodate your requests.
How will I know when my delivery has shipped?
If you entered your mobile phone number on checkout, you will receive SMS updates about your order. If you provided an email address with your order, status updates will be sent directly to your inbox. We encourage you to regularly check your inbox for updates from us.
What if I am not around when my order is delivered? Who can accept my delivery?
Anyone who is present at the time of delivery can accept your order. If no one is able to collect the order, it will be returned to the warehouse and we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time. An administration fee may apply for additional deliveries.
Please be aware that our freshly baked or prepared foods are made to order so we encourage customers to accept delivery of their order on their chosen delivery day to ensure product freshness.

How far in advance can I place a pickup order?
Currently we allow orders two (2) weeks in advance. If you have a special order, please feel free to contact us.
