Our Story

On the banks of the Hawkesbury River, just north of Sydney, a culinary revolution is taking place. 

Once vacant and bare, the land has been transformed and is now growing awarding winning produce destined for the best tables in town.

Understanding the origins of what we put on tables is imperative and growing organically ensures that no harmful chemicals or pesticides are applied. 

Utilizing innovative techniques and cultivating nutrient rich soil to produce resilient crops naturally less prone to pests and pathogens.

Regenerative agriculture continuously strengthens the balance of microorganisms, organic matter, and nutrients in the underground ecosystem.
